Greg is an experienced strength and conditioning coach, boxing
trainer and Thai boxing coach. He aims to help you get results,
whatever your desired goals, using a mixture of conditioning, Thai
boxing and boxing within tailored made workouts to suit your needs.
Qualification
- YYMCA Gym Instructor level 2 & 3
- YMCA Nutritional weight management level 3
- BBB of C Professional box trainers/seconds license
- Thai Boxing and kick boxing coach
- U.K.S.C.A plyometric, speed and agility
- U.K.S.C.A strength and conditioning
- First aid

teaching personal trainers the basic principals how to involve
boxing with in there one to one sessions
Greg has over 10 years experience working as a personal trainer and
strength coach within some of London's finest health clubs and
boxing Gyms including TKO. Greg has travelled around the world in
gaining more knowledge within the fitness industry and fighting
arts, spending a large amount of time in Thailand, where Greg has
trained with some of the greatest Thai coaches and fighters. He has
worked with Professional boxers such as Tony Oakley former British,
European and common wealth and light heavy weight prize fight
champion, Ashley Theopane British light welterweight champion ,
Matthew Marsh former British super bantamweight Champion, Martin
Power super bantamweight British champion, George Hilliard and Cathy
Brown former women's British and European flyweight champion.
