Kick boxing is a sport combining martial-arts-style kicks and western-boxing-style punches used to defeat an opponent in a similar way to that of standard boxing. Kick boxing is can be practised for general fitness, or as a full-contact sport. Former world champion Chris will improve your strength speed, and flexibility with this mixed martial art. Beginners and experienced fighters are welcome as are juniors and ladies.
