Your First Session
Arrive a little early and let the coach know your experience and any injuries. Sessions typically mix a warm-up, technique drills, pad and bag work, sparring when you are ready and conditioning, and you work at your own level.
Training at a Charity Gym
Peacock Gym is a registered charity (no. 1022960), founded in Canning Town in 1978 by brothers Tony and Martin Bowers. Our strapline is “the home of sport and friendship”, and that is how we run every class: serious training in a welcoming place.
Around your sessions you can use the fixed weights area, the free weights area and the café.
